If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your product you have 14 days from the day you receive it to return your item/s.
Any Kindness By Claire gifts received with your original purchase must also be returned unmarked and undamaged to receive a full refund.
We will aim to process your return within 10 working days of receipt.
Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange items and the return postage will be at your own cost.
