We will accept returns for unused items. If you are unhappy with your product you have 14 days from the day you receive it to return your item/s.

Any Kindness By Claire  gifts received with your original purchase must also be returned unmarked and undamaged to receive a full refund.

We will aim to process your return within 10 working days of receipt.

SHAMPOO - Thoroughly cover the scalp with product, including the back of the neck and behind the ears. Rub vigorously into the scalp and ensure complete coverage. Rinse out thoroughly with water and towel dry. Use a head lice comb to remove the dead lice and eggs. For best results, use with our Kids Head Lice Treatment. A second application is recommended 2-4 days after the first treatment.

TREATMENT - Lather the wet or dry scalp with product, including the back of the neck and behind the ears. Rub vigorously into the scalp and through the hair to ensure complete coverage. Leave product in hair for 5 minutes. Use a head lice comb to remove the dead lice and eggs. Rinse out thoroughly with water and dry with a towel. Comb again. For best results, use with our Kids Head Lice Shampoo. A second application is recommended 2-4 days after the first treatment.
